This is exactly how I feel about the tax system in Australia.
Many Americans believe that the new health law is terrible. People who voted for it
did not read it and did not think what it will bring.
Oh! Gosh. Now there’s a discussion. I haven’t read all the details either, but I know a lot of compromises were made to get it through.
A lot of bad points simply delayed till 2015 (after elections) and more than 6,000 exceptions
granted to people and organizations who supported it. Health care costs are soaring. It is
especially bad for senior citizens. This year I had to pay $120 for generic Ramipril
versus $9 last year.
