After publishing today WOMAN OF A STRONG SEX DRIVE I needed relaxation and went to play chess on the deck. However, my partner was not there.
So I worked out for some time and looked on happy people who were swimming in the Atlantic or lying in the sun on the beach.
Then I returned to my laptop and made several paintings using an editing program that often changes without any known reason. Certainly, I have little knowledge how it works today.
The paintings received by experimenting. I used the first one to produce two others.

In Hollywood people usually walk in tee-shirts and shorts and swim in the ocean all winter. But there are days of heavy rain and strong winds. Those days are very good for remembering happy moments and creating masterpieces.
Today is the fifth day of rain here. I enjoy more sleep and my imagination is running wild together with my memories. Results are below.

Dear friends!
This blog started in October of 2013.
I never expected that blogging will bring so much joy to my life.
At 79-80 it’s not that easy to meet 3,000+ talented people of all ages from many countries and learn from them, enjoy their creativity, kindness and friendship.
I am glad to know you, to see your posts daily, to travel with you, to read your writings, to enjoy your photos, to suffer and to overcome with you.

In 2014 I learned more about blogging. In January I started to paint using PC paint program. In June I got my first digital camera and after more than 20 years’ interval started shooting what I liked.
I learned a little about painting and photo processing programs.
With your help I overcame my fear to write in English.
i even wrote several book reviews. You can read one of them HERE.
I liked “Shadow of the Raven” by a fellow blogger Millie Thom very much.
I hope that in 2015 I’ll be able to share with you new posts that you’ll like.

I have to confess that I have never made New Year’s resolutions.
For many years it was simply necessary to survive.
When problems or needs arose I tried to do my best to solve problems or satisfy needs. There was no time for procrastination, for doubting what was possible.
It’s impossible always to be a winner, but doing your best actually makes you a winner. And it is always possible to adjust needs and to see if your problems are real.
2015 is coming.
What am I going to do?
To enjoy life, love, friendship, creativity, beauty!
The Sun will be rising again tomorrow, the Earth will be beautiful, all oceans will be in their usual places.
We live in the wonderful world!

I did not plan to publish another post today.
However, I got an email from one of my friends with many fascinated facts in it.
One of them was especially interested. It was about Derek Amato.
There was only a short sentence about him in the email. I wanted to verify the fact and to know more about what happened to the guy.
So I went to Google and found.that BRAIN DAMAGE UNLOCKS GENIUS.
Now I understand why so many healthy people (including some of our leaders) behave extremely stupidly later. Apparently, they need blows to their heads.
We are alive!
We are together!
We can think, learn, work and pursue happiness!
We build families and experience love and friendship!
We are creative and we also can enjoy literature, paintings, photography, music and other kinds of art!
We can travel and meet people in new lands!
We enjoy delicious food!
We can smell flowers and fully appreciate beauty of nature!

I continue to learn what the paint and photo editing program I discovered can do.
Surely, it does not act on its own. We are partners.
Only together we can do good deeds.
This time I took my picture of a squirrel, placed it in a proper place in the program and then made some adjustments.

I am now in the process of looking for a good FREE painting and photo editing program that produces images acceptable by WordPress.
The major problem I have so far is that programs I found don’t have good tutorials. I would appreciate your help in this matter.
However, in the process of experimenting with one program I got an image that I liked. It is an UNIQUE image (I am unable to recreate it).
Still I got something beautiful and it’s an achievement.
Before sharing this image with you I edited it on my PC with a program that is in it.

3. I added several posts to the page “Travel”.
Among them are reblogs of posts of very talented bloggers Antonio Violi (SIRACUSA, ORTIGIA) and Victor Tribunsky (PETRA IN JORDAN).
Both posts have wonderful photos and stories.
I will add more posts to this page this week.
4. So far I made all my digital paintings using a paint program on my PC. But a couple of days ago I found that there are many other free programs for painting and photo editing. Today I am starting to learn one of them. Be ready for new paintings (it’s not a threat!).
5. I am going to add more paintings to the page “My paintings and tests”. Hopefully, all of you will test YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF PAINTING AND PAINTINGS.
